Shipping policy

All items will usually be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment verification (i.e. excludes weekends & holidays). We only ship to confirmed payment addresses. 

Most times you will receive your order within 3-20 business days after we transfer your package to the delivery company. 

We cannot guarantee the delivery time frame if the delivery company has any unexpected delays due to holiday, weather, customs, or any other conditions.

On rare occasions deliveries can take up to 30 business days, especially over holiday periods. 

Rest assured we will be monitoring the delivery process as giving great customer service is a big thing to us and if we notice an issue with your delivery we will be in touch with you, but if you have any concerns at anytime with your delivery then please in the first instance get in contact with us and we will investigate further.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders totalling over £100 in total with upgrade options available on some items.  For orders below £100 in total, due to cost of living increases to international shipping costs, we now have to charge a nominal £3 per order to help mitigate these increases. 

NOTE FOR USA CUSTOMERS RE USA CUSTOMS & TARIFF CHARGES 2025
Due to the application of additional customs and tariffs on various goods imported into the USA we need to make an extra charge to all shipments to the USA.  For the time being we have been able to minimise this to a flat rate of £7 on all orders.  As the rules and rates change we will review these charges and adjust as necessary.
