Refund policy
In line with UK online selling rules, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Deductions to your refund may be made for returned items that have been opened if that then reduces the value we are able to resell that item for.
To start a return, you can access our self-serve facility at https://account.plugintradingpost.com or contact us at sales@plugintradingpost.com. If your return is accepted and you are in the UK, we can send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Except for the return of faulty goods the cost of this return shipping and an admin fee will be deducted from your refund. If you are in the UK and want to arrange your own shipping that is also an option and often can be cheaper than us arranging it for you. If you are outside the UK then you need to arrange your own return shipping at your own expense but whether in or out of the UK you should use a tracked and insured method and obtain proof of postage. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will confirm the shipping address on confirmation of acceptance of the return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and items where there are hygiene issues (such as beauty products, masks, headphones, some clothes etc if opened and used). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively once we receive the returned item we will send out the exchange.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved and whether there are any deductions to be made. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. Note: We do not refund shipping charges from the original purchase.
